Wow, this is REALLY pretty! I love the composition, how tight it is in the middle :3. I also like how the nudity adds to the piece rather just being there for nudity's sake.
I feel like the colors need to match better, though. As it is, things look sort of . . . separated, in a way? If everything was the same in color (even remotely), things would flow better.
The hair is better than I can do but a little too soft; add some maybe 1px dashes of hair to make it sharper.
Lastly, this may be drastic but I would take away the tail just because it unbalances the piece a little bit. But that's just me.
